How we handle your data
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
Data you enter in the contact form yourself: name, company name, email address, phone number and the information about your commercial goal. In addition, technical data about your visit, such as IP address and browser type.
3. What we use it for
To assess your request, contact you and make a proposal. In an engagement, also to perform the agreement and report on it. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unsolicited newsletters.
4. Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form, the performance of an agreement, and our legitimate interest in assessing commercial enquiries.
5. Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a maximum of [12] months. Data from an engagement is kept as long as the statutory retention obligation requires.
6. Processors
We work with external parties for hosting, email, CRM and calendar management. A processing agreement is in place with each of them. [List the parties here.]
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, and to withdraw your consent. We handle a request within four weeks. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
