2. What data we process
Data you enter in the contact form yourself: name, company name, email address, phone number and the information about your commercial goal. In addition, technical data about your visit, such as IP address and browser type.
3. What we use it for
To assess your request, contact you and make a proposal. In an engagement, also to perform the agreement and report on it. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unsolicited newsletters.
4. Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form, the performance of an agreement, and our legitimate interest in assessing commercial enquiries.
5. Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Data from an engagement is kept as long as the statutory retention obligation requires.
6. Processors
We work with external parties that process data on our behalf: Hostinger (hosting of the website and database), Google Ireland Ltd. (business email through Google Workspace and appointment scheduling through Google Calendar) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (advertising campaigns and lead forms, for clients only). A processing agreement is in place with each of them. If a party is added, we will list it here.
7. Data we process for clients
For our clients we generate and qualify leads. The data of those leads — name, phone number, email address and what was discussed on the call — is not processed for our own purposes but on the instruction of the client in question. That client is the controller; we are the processor. If you reached us through such a campaign and want to know what happens to your data, contact the company you expected a quote or appointment from, or email us at info@stravenagency.com and we will point you in the right direction.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, and to withdraw your consent. We handle a request within four weeks. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Business outreach and personal links
We approach companies (legal entities) by email and phone about our services, based on our legitimate interest. For this we process business contact details from public sources, such as the company's website, the trade register and Meta's public ad library. We do not approach sole traders, partnerships or other natural persons. You can opt out at any time by replying 'stop'; we then block the entire domain.
A follow-up email may contain a link with a personal code. If you open it, we record that the page was viewed, so we know whether a follow-up makes sense. We place no cookies for this and use no third-party services. We keep these details for as long as the contact is ongoing and delete them on request via info@stravenagency.com.
